Kadrix Employee App — Privacy Policy

1. What data is collected

Entered by the employer: full name, phone number, position, department, hire date, profile photo.

Collected by the app: device identifier and model (one employee — one phone), app version, language.

Location: only at the moment the employee taps “Check in” or “Check out” — coordinates and accuracy. No background tracking; not requested outside working hours.

Camera: only to scan the QR code issued by HR; images are not stored.

Biometrics (Face ID / fingerprint): only to unlock the app on the phone itself; biometric data never leaves the device.

2. Why it is used

Attendance records (arrival/departure time, verification of being inside the work site).

Timesheets, schedules and reports for the employer.

Security: sign-in rate limiting, detection of mock location and foreign devices.

3. Who it is shared with

Data is visible only to the employee’s employer (the organisation and its HR staff). It is not sold to third parties or used for advertising.

Data is stored on Kadrix servers; transport is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).

4. Retention

Attendance records are kept for the duration of employment and the statutory reporting periods. Coordinates are stored only together with the check event.

5. Your rights and account deletion

You may access and correct your data and withdraw consent.

Account deletion: contact your employer’s HR department — the mobile account is blocked/deleted and the phone binding removed. You may also write to info@kidzone.uz.

6. Children

The app is not intended for persons under 18.
